Atmosphere's recipes for gut health

Atmosphere's recipes for gut health

Rebekah and Ariella (or Ella) are walking billboards for their mission: to promote healthy and thriving guts everywhere. ‘Our purpose is to create an atmosphere where we can all thrive’ says their website, and they do, whether through their kombucha and kefir brand, gut health e-courses, nutritional coaching, or their insanely delicious raw vegan cheesecakes, it’s all geared at happy, healthy gut microbiomes.

Sisters Rebekah and Ella live in Delhi, but their journey began in the foothills of the Himalayas where they grew up surrounded by forests, clean air, pure water and locally-grown produce. When shooting the five recipes they put together for us, we met at Rebekah’s home in Delhi which is all open spaces, herb gardens, napping kittens and large jars of kombucha experiments (of course). Theirs is a gorgeous life and you can really see how they brought that mountain-fresh vibe right into the heart of the capital city.

Ella and Rebekah put together five super-simple and really nourishing recipes for us. When we say simple, we mean really simple. No laundry lists of ingredients and insanely complicated techniques here. They’re also light, fresh, and perfect for this weather (and the scorching months ahead). You’ll find them all linked below (and I’d recommend you bookmark them because I think you’ll be reaching for these over and over again).

1. Coconut yoghurt

2. Cucumber sesame salad

3. Happy gut salad dressing

4. Smoked tofu bowl

5. Glow kraut
